Schedule for Reduced Fare and ADA IDs

The Rapid will issue photo IDs for proof of eligibility for Reduced Fare (fixed-route) and ADA Paratransit (GO!Bus) passengers beginning April 24.

Current card holders may bring their cards or proof of age along with a valid photo ID to the Central Station Conference room (2nd Floor) to receive new photo IDs. All new applicants will be required to fill out an application and be certified as eligible before an ID will be issued.

IDs will be processed:
Monday April 30, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Wednesday April 25th, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Tuesday May 1st, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday April 28th, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Saturday May 5th, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Additional dates may be added, depending on demand. After these dates, ID cards will be issued Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Central Station Information Center.

ADA photo IDs will be valid on fixed-route buses beginning May 21, 2007. Yellow reduced fare cards will be valid until September 30, 2007. After that, you will need a Rapid photo ID to pay reduced fares.
